It's really only a matter of time until all phones are unlocked. But can you really wait?
Time is measured in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, centuries, aeons. If you look at Earth's history, it was really only "a matter of time" until the dinosaurs died out. But that time wasn't particularly short, was it?
So when the experts say "it's only a matter of time" before all the phones become unlocked, they're right? Will it be in your lifetime? Who can say? Time's a weird thing, after all. It happened before we could measure it, and it will keep on going after we're gone.
Act now. Carpe this phone. Grab this unlocked Samsung and use it with any carrier you like. And then, when "a matter of time" passes, you can start to consider the other options available to you. Won't that be fun, when all the telcoms finally start putting their customers first?
