Freedom is what this country was based on!
Did the Founding Fathers sign a tea-exclusivity contract when they threw tea into the Boston harbor? Did George Washington chop down a cherry tree with a axe that required him to re-commit to a three year contract? Did Ben Franklin fly a kite that suddenly couldn't catch lightning due to a tower upgrade that rendered his key obsolete? It should be your right as an American to float freely between carriers as you see fit. To them, you're an asset. To you, they should be too.
With an unlocked phone, you'll have that freedom. You won't be trapped. if you want to go, you can go! Isn't that what our great nation was founded on? Well, that and wasting tea.
